The above is a photoshop rendition of what will be our new trimwork for our windows. The photoshop comes in to extend the apron (bottom board) and the 1x6 top casing which are both not final boards. It’ll all (including the window) get painted the same white as the cabinets you can see to the left of the windows. 5 of these windows to do upstairs and then on to doors and baseboard. huzzah. So glad it’s cold and I can’t drive my fun cars anymore.

Good handiwork and very close to the original style. My 1920s windows are finished that way and it’s my favorite part of the house.

Nice work sir. I always paint the trim before I put ‘em up, so much easier to do simple touchups once they’re attached.

we were prototyping as we went. The rest of the windows will have the trim sprayed before it goes up for sure.
